Hi, is there a way to use otrs for internal tickets between 2 agents? I tryed different ways: I created 2 new "personal" queues for each agent and 2 new external email address to use it as the recipient address for a new ticket, but it did not worked. In my mind it should be an option to use the username of an agent and use it as a recipient/To address for a new ticket, but it seems a little bit strange :-/ Thanks for your help! Oliver
