[otrs] Some questions to the ITSM package

Dear listmembers. I'am very interested into the ITSM Package of OTRS. I have now installed the latest packages and took a look into the solution. First of all thanks for your huge work. I miss some functions. 1.) Handl & maintain Contracts 2.) Contracts <=> SLA connections 3.) Sign a pdf => maybe I have overseen this. If anybody interested in this issues than I can explain it a little bit ;-) Cheers Aleks
