I have recently finished inbstalling OTRS and I am curious about a couple items, it is on a Linux system and I am wondering how I print reports of any kind (is there a built in function or ??) and is there a guide on how to customize the look of OTRS backgroud graphics/logos etc. Thank you -Dave-
