[otrs] *** Newbie Help *** Cannot receive mail in OTRS

I have been trying to get the mail to go to any queue in OTRS to no avail. The test email file worked fine. I want to use procmail to get the emails into the system. Can anyone share their procmail conf file? I thank you in advance for you help. JC Boursiquot
