Quick snippit of my OTRS log from inside the system - should I be getting these from raw files somewhere?
The default is to log to your Syslog: http://doc.otrs.org/1.2/en/html/configfile-log.html

The sniplets do not work, because there the loop protections already snapped in. Set in Config.pm: $Self{PostmasterMaxEmails} = 50; Now get the system to send a mail to customercare@joann.com. Watch the logs wether it succeeds.
Filters - I realize now that the comment for each one says From: customercare@joann.com and other info that does not pertain to most filters, but that should not affect my setup.
