Yes.  I don’t remember the exact code, but look through defaults.pm for “customerownselectionpanel” or something like that.  You can define the queues you want them to see there.

I would like to have multiple valid queues but only want the customer to be able to see one queue is there any way to hide these when the customer selects create ticket.
