Hi!

The content is the same for both URLs... 3.6k lines lenght.
First is shown as pure text and second is parsed as HTML.

When opening the second link there is high CPU usage.

Hello Aledr,

Is the seconds Attachment especially large or in any other way "special"? (Characters in filenames, etc...)
That could be an issue.

Also: Check if you're saving attachments on the Filesystem or in the Database and log the corresponding events.

Andreas

Hi!

Had some complains about performance and noticed that:

otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=1 <http://index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=1>
Took 99ms

otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=2 <http://index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=2>
Took 30s

What would be the reason?

Please provide more information:

One single server or DB on another?
What operating system?
Does this request take the same amount of time every time, if you run it 2 or 3 times in a row?
Did you check your operating system monitoring tool to what happens when you run this query? CPU usage high? Disk latency? Swapping?
