Hello again, i am very, very sorry for the noise. i did not follow the upgrade guide correctly. :( my mistake was that i backed up the folder /opt/otrs/var and then, after the upgrade, restored it again. One should *NOT* restore it. Every thing is working now. thanks again! cheers, moe
