thank you for your reply. But does this work? The out of office messages we
are receiving are on tickets that have already been created so therefore have
the ticket number in the subject line. When we reply to a call that’s already
logged and they have their out of office on is when we receive them.
I
didn’t think these messages went through the postmaster filter, I thought this
was only for new messages?
