Hi all,
I’m trying to configure OTRS 2.4.7 for
users in my company.
I want them to authenticate using Active
Directory as customer user, but each time they try to enter in http://mysite/otrs/Customer.pl they enter
as agents.
I can’t understand what’s wrong
in my Config.pm, can you please help me?
Thenks
