Hi there,
Customers can create their own account (or at least request it) using their web interface /otrs/customer.pl
I've never done it so you'd better try first, there's probably some changes to do on sysconfig before it works as you expect.
I would appreciate if you send me the otrs files you changed along with a short explanation, I'd like to try them.
Greetings,

Hi Leonardo,
The system just works great, no errors! So, if anyone is interested in
doing the changes, have no fear. By the way, i'm using otrs2 in Debian
Lenny, version 2.2.7-2lenny1 with apache2 version 2.2.9-10+lenny3,
mysql-server version 5.0.51a-24+lenny1 and sendmail version 8.14.3-5.
One more question Leonardo, is there a way that for the users to create
their own accounts in OTRS?
Sorry for my ignorance, and thanks for your so useful help!
