I guess I've been out of the loop on this thread - what were the troubles
going on with upgrading to 3.0? I am running a Windows setup and didn't
have much trouble upgrading.
Win 2008x64
IIS7
SQL 2005
I just ran the installation file - skipped the web based setup, ran the
update SQL scripts, copy and pasted my old config.pm settings and was up
and running in less than 30mn.

Thanks for starting this thread, I have a 2.4.9 setup that is working, though it took me a few tries to get upgraded from 2.3.3 where we had been for years. I've been considering eventually trying to switch to 3.0, but this thread encourages me to consider staying where we're at.
