Please see the files in the directory Kernel/System/Stats These are the different statistic modules. You can write your own modules and include them into OTRS like the other modules or of course you can modify the existing files. The output is IMHO handled via the SystemStats.dtl files under Kernel/Output/HTML/(Standard|Lite)
If it is easy enough to do, I am happy to feed the results back into the community.
