Create 2 new accounts in AD, e.g. otrsbox, storagebox and give each of
these an email address in Exchange. Create a group in AD and add both of
these accounts to the group, mail enable the group in Exchange to create
a distribution list and give this distribution list the email address
you want to use to send emails to e.g. help@

When someone emails help@ it will go to both otrsbox@ and storagebox@,
your OTRS installation can then logon and retrieve from otrsbox and you
have storagebox as a backup should you ever need to go and look for emails.
