Hi Folks,
On our system, once the pending time for a ticket is reached, OTRS keeps reminding the Ticket Agent by emailing him of the fact that a ticket has reached its reminder time.
Every two hours!!
How do I change this to just the once, or per week? Or failing that, less preferably, how do I turn the feature off?
Change the cron job otrs/var/cron/pending_jobs. It is currently set to execute every 2 hours. Set it to what you like. Hth, Tyler Hepworth
