But my problem is on other area: I created a few users with the notification on New tickets and Moved tickets for "My Queues" enabled. The move notification works OK, but I don't receive mail for the new tickets created.
The notifications about new tickets in "My Queues" should work, if the user has enabled the " Send me a notification if there is a new ticket in "My Queues"." option in the preferences and added the Queue, where the new tickets are stored, to "My Queues". If this is not working, you have a problem with your configuration. Can you show me your Config.pm (without database password) please? Have you changed any other file (Defaults.pm or Ticket.pm).
