Hello everbody, has anyone experience in using Otrs with IBM UDB (DB2) 8.1 ? Updgrading to OTRS 2.3.3 failed, because Object Names in Udb 8.1 are limited to 18 Characters. Is there any simple Solution available ? Thanks MW
