Hi, Is it possible to create a detailed ticket report in OTRS::ITSM? We have the need to produce reports that contain some of the following headers: Ticket number:: Queue:: Date Created:: DateClosed:: Subject:: Description:: I have been playing around with the stats module but dont seem to be able to get the report I need.
