Graph Stats don't work

I see in document

stats

Create every day new graphics (default: not active).

50 23 * * * $HOME/bin/mkStats.pl >> /dev/null

and on my server perl-GD is installed

As you can see path for search this lib exist. Please, help me found my mistake.
