Hello, I’d like to force the agents to fill in the Customer information (customer use rand customer ID) when they lock or, at least, when they close tickets. This is because we identify customers by a Contract Number (that I’d like to use as customerID), so I need to know the contract number for each ticket in order to find out the amount of work and time we spend per contract. Is there any way to force this action? Thanks and best regards, Rui Castro
