Hi ,

These is balaji working for Satyam . I am using otrs-1.3.2-01 Version . I have installed it on Linux 8.0 server here i am facing few of the problems when ever i create the user id i get the following error please help me in resolving the problem .

I Get the following error in log file and on the screen ,

In log file : The crypt() of your mod_perl(2) is not working correctly! Update mod_perl! ( I have upgraded the perl module to 5)

On teh screen i get the following error :

Software error:

query timed out at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/CheckItem.pm line 62
