OS: Debian Gnu Linux 5.0 (lenny)

OTRS Version: 2.4.2 (installed from tar.gz archive)

Mysql 5

Apache 2.2

Perl 5.10.0

my.cnf  has the max_allowed_packet = 20M (restarted mysql after the change)

Every time i try to upload the GeneralCatalog module  from the webinterface I get:
