I see what you mean. It is a mystery why I ever got involved with or even near this group given that I wanted support newsgroups/mailing lists for openoffice.org. Sorry

You keep cracking me up! I have a smile on my face thanks to you.. If you would pay a *little* attention, you would see this is the OTRS.org mailing lists. If you would check http://otrs.org you would see that this is for questions regarding the trouble ticket system OTRS and NOT OpenOffice.org or Pegasus mail.
