Hi Christian,
The intention of OTRS is, that no queues can be deleted. You can only set them to "invalid". The same applies for users and some other data in the system. Background of this fact is the consistency fo the data in the database.
I understand that. But is there a way to rename an agent account name ? Not from OTRS I suppose, but can I savely do this in the database ? Best regards, Armin
