I have the same problem.
This solution seems to be the most useful of all I found on this topic:

But unfortunately it doesn't work for me. Apache crashes after I insert these lines
to my Article.pm. Apparently, something is wrong with it cause I use a newer version
of OTRS (2.4.4)
I don't have a slightest idea about Perl, so I'm stuck.
