How can I get rid of this? I don't want an auto reponse when I close a ticket. I went to the Admin area, and there are no auto reponses set up for any of the queues, yet I still get it. Any clues?
This type of notification is called "Customer-Notifications". It's configurable for each queue. AdminInterface -> Queue -> Customer * Notify. See also: http://doc.otrs.org/1.1/html/system-notification-customer.html
