How can the pending date be set by default to 10 days or more ? I think this can be done via the queue setting
I did not read any thing about that in queue setting. I found only "Unlock timeout" and "Escalation time" settings.
Finally, I found. It can be configured in Ticket::Frontend::PendingDiffTime with with SysConfig interface.
