Hi, <br><br>      I want to add new notification to agent which is not include in the (Admin ----  notification management )<br><br><br>Triger will be Ticket close and send notification to agent .   Can any one tell me how to do it , I tried to find add new rule in &quot;notification management&quot; but there is none. <br>
