Is there a way for me to make a link in the Agent Frontend - Customer Info with information from my LDAP-server. I have IP-information in my LDAP-server want to show the info on Agent Frontend - Customer Info and to make it prefix with "tn3270://" to use with VNC. Anders S. Lyng
