Hi, Well, it's really a _LOT_. In last 500 lines of apache's error_log, 441 lines contain this message! These 500 lines were generated from 20th to 23th of June. I haven't noticed any problems while working with OTRS, just those lines in error log. With regards, Alex

What's the meaning of this?
How many?
It should not be too much! It's just perl info that the used variable isn't filled. (negligible)

P.s. Is it Martin's vocation time? No prompt responses from Martin anymore? ;-) I'm waiting for some answers for a weeks now.
At first I was on vacation and now I'm very busy with the accumulated work! ;-)
