Dear all,

When creating a signature, using one of the tags, "<OTRS_CURRENT_UserFirstname> <OTRS_CURRENT_UserLastname> on behalf of XYZ Company", for example, it doesn't fetch the corresponding values from the system.

Is there anything missing?
