
Are you really sure you're using sendmail? on Windows?! Have you got an
SMTP server you can try to use to see if it works? Also if you haven't
already make sure you completely restart Apache so that everything gets
reloaded from scratch.

Yep everything looks just as it was before the upgrade in sendmail.. checking the logs again I do get the following notice****

*Unsure if that would relate to not being able to send e-mails or not.. I just find it odd that it act like everything is ok (if something is wrong in sendmail it gives me an error back saying it cant send) the thread will update but the ticket won’t close and e-mail won’t send.*
