I would like to know if anyone has implemented this functionality in the new beta and if you can then tell me how to go about implementing it.
enable TicketWatcher: in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm add the following line: $Self->{'Ticket::Watcher'} = '1'; Regards, Marc
