[otrs] how to get web requests?

Dear otrs, Let's try one more time. ;) Is it possible to configure otrs that I will receive to my email address all requests that customers send through web form? Also, does anybody tried to move from mysql to postgresql? I'm thinking of changing db but have some doubts. Thanks in advance. -- Best regards, Alexander
