Hi,
I have been using OTRS for 4 years and I have 4 OTRS installations on one box. I use P4, 2 GB, 80 GB, FreeBSD 7, Apache2, 100 Mb/s Every OTRS installation is using its path. Apache & crontab must be configured to serve the 4 OTRS installations.
I did install from sources.

Does OTRS needs to be installed at /opt/otrs/ Only?
