Receiving Error when I try to create a new ticket in PhoneView….it lets me assign a

Customer (LDAP setup) but when I try To assign it to a queue I get an error “Error: Action 'Agent' not found!

I also receive a 

Comment as well “Comment: Perhaps the admin forgot to load "Kernel::Modules::Agent"!”      

 

How do I manually load this Kernel::Modules::Agent
