[otrs] CustomerTicketPrint as agent

Hi all, is there a way to invoke a customer module from agent interface? The requirement is, that agents should be able to print tickets for customers (that is generating PDF without internal articles). So perhaps there is a way to invoke Kernel::Module::CustomerTicketPrint (where all the PDF creation stuff is implemented) from a custom agent module? Or is there a more elegant way to realize the requirement? Thanks in advance for any advice. kind regards, Julian Flake
