I have got some error when I send in email a ticket with attachment: Character in 'c' format wrapped in pack at /usr/local/otrs-2.1.4/Kernel/cpan-lib /MIME/Field/ParamVal.pm line 213. So, this is not OTRS specific, but perl! What can I do with it?
