Hi Yogessh,<br><br>For all my OTRS reporting needs I now use a separate application called OTRS-Manager - <a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/otrs-manager/">http://sourceforge.net/projects/otrs-manager/</a>. It might be worth having a look at that as (for me) creating complex reports is easier using that application.<br>
