Jim,

you need to have a look at the ConfigItem menu in the Admin area, if there is any extension needed for your location. Maybe you also need an extension of the ITSM Class definition under General Catalog. After that you need to implement a Import/Export function where every ConfigItem Key is correlated to your Excel row (every item is one line). Don´t forget to add Deployment State and Incident State to your Excel sheet as seperate rows, these are mandatory.
