Hello All,
I am testing the customer login and ticket creation. So far
when I log in as a customer I can create a ticket ok. When I then login as an
OTRS user I can see the ticket in the correct queue for that customer. Is it
possible on ticket creation to send an email out to all the helpdesk engineers
who are assigned to that queue?
