The easiest way to change the FQDN, is to change it in SysConfig -> Framework -> Core (without having to edit config files manually) SysConfig is accessible via web interface, in the Admin Area. uses the FQDN that you set as the value of $Self-> {'FQDN'} in ~otrs/Kernel/Config.pm (or using SysConfig you can set it under Framework -> Core).

I have set it in otrs/Kernal/Config.pm and in ZZZAuto.pm but the real FQDN never appears in any responses.
