Not really. ;) If you have both, live and test installation on one machine, you need to take care to set the correct "/otrs-web/" directory (alias). Because if you running OTRS 2.3 and OTRS 2.4 on one machine "/otrs- web/" could point to your OTRS 2.3 installation. This means AJAX and rich text editor of OTRS 2.4 will not work. Just my 2 cents.. ;) Normally rich text should work out of the box. -Martin
