Hi Michael,
I guess you're running a slightly older version of OTRS; previously,
the cpan client was not working in our distributed version of
Strawberry. Some portions of cpan assumed that perl lives in c:\perl.
We solved this by moving to Portable Strawberry.

Also, for some time now we also bundle Authen::SASL by default so
there's no need to install it manually. Maybe the easiest option for
you would be to upgrade to a recent OTRS version.

I’m having toruble installing Authen::SASL into cpan.bat on a windows server environment I run the command and get the following error message see below what am I doing wrong.
