i understand the need for a valid email address, and this is fine. however, shouldnt the warning message say something to the effect of "please supply a valid first name, last name, and email address?" a blank warning wont be much help to end users. Christian Schoepplein wrote:

on 2.0.1, when i try to create an account in the customer web interface using a non-email username, i get the following message:
Warning: Comment: Please press Back and try again.
is anyone else seeing this, or know how to fix it?
On a standard installation you need to specify at least the firstname, the lastname and an emailaddress for a customer account. The system needs these datas to work propperly, at least the mail address...
What exactly would you like to do? If I know more about your problem, maybe I can give more more detalied help.
Regards, Christian
