I would like to know what I have to modify (again) to be able to choose a modele response when I make a new ticket. In fact, I can choose a modele when I replay to a ticket but I canot see the models response when I make a new ticket.
Models for new email or phone tickets are not supported yet :(. Only templates for replies are configurable.
