[otrs] Using ArticleStrg to Show Agent Login Name

I'm not familiar with the %Article hash in Admin.pm, specifically related to writing ArticleStrg for the Zoom view. I want to add the Agent's name for agent messages. Is this available in the Article Hash or by some other means? Something like: Customer -> agent (charles.thompson) --> customer ---> agent (joe.schmoe)
