Hello <br><br>Can any one guide me how I can add the FAQs and articles in OTRS. I installed FAQ 1.6.5 version on OTRS 2.4.5. I am able to see FAQ icon and faq , faq_admin groups.<br>I also created a category. Now I want to know how we can add articles in this category.<br>
