Changing the footer template in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/Footer.dtl should do that trick.

Hello,
 
    I am new to Otrs and want to remove the footer from all of the customer pages. I have found and modified the CustomerLogin.dtl and that has worked for the login page. I can't seem to find however what you need to modify for all of the other pages once you are logged into the application. Could someone please let me know where it is stored?
