I am changing
MySQL to MSSQL and need some assistance if I may.
I have created the
database and set up a login for OTRS in my MSSQL. I have changed the
config.pm file as per below:
# DatabaseHost

$Self->{DatabaseHost} = '[IP or name to your
Database]';
# Database

$Self->{Database} =
'otrs';
# DatabaseUser

$Self->{DatabaseUserTable} = 'users';
Perl-DBD-ODBC has also been
installed.
I
ran CheckDB.pl and I'm getting the following error, can anybody please help
me. Do I have to change another
file?
DBI
connect('otrs','otrs',....) failed: [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name
not found, and not default driver
specified
Can
anybody help?
